Gut, Steinbach ist ein ganz besonderer Ort. Ich bin Inhaberin eines Reisebüros, viel gereist, aber dies ist ein Ort, an dem man sofort entspannt sich verwöhnt fühlt und nur noch genießt. Ich war schon als kleine Gruppe mit Freundinnen dort habe viele Kunden dorthin gebucht und auch als Paar haben wir hier schon einige Aufenthalt genossen. Der Service ist wunderbar, man fühlt sich Teil einer Familie, ich würde es jedem meiner Kunden wärmstens empfehlen.

Wellness und Gastronomie auf höchstem Niveau! Großes Hallenbad und drei Saunen und einem Dampfbad. Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit täglich wechselnden Menüs, die man auch nach belieben mixen kann, oder à la Carte essen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren viermal als Familie zu Besuch und hatten dreimal davon eine Familiensuite, diese sind gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel selbst ist schön gelegen, hat eine gute Entfernung zu den Skigebieten und ist wirklich sehr gemütlich - man hält sich dort gerne auf. Der Service war immer ausgezeichnet und kulinarisch sind wir stets begeistert worden. Das Fitnessstudio ist ok, aber könnte hier und da ein kleines Upgrade vertragen. Dieses Jahr war unser Besuch leider nicht so erfreulich. Unsere Reservierung wurde falsch aufgenommen, was am Ende eine völlig überteuerte Rechnung nach sich zog & eine Klärung leider seitens des Herren am Empfang vollkommen abgeblockt wurde und auch bei den Reservierungen im Lokal gab es Probleme, in diesem Rahmen verhielt sich der Mitarbeiter im Service leider sehr unprofessionell. Auch wenn wir nach den diesjährigen - persönlichen- Erfahrungen wohl nicht nochmal kommen werden, können wir es aber dennoch empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Der Saunabereich ist großzügig und relativ neu! Einziges Manko für uns waren die Betten, die etwas durchgelegen und unbequem waren. Trotzdem gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Seit 2002 sind wir in unregelmäßigen Abständen viele Male Gast auf Gut Steinbach (vormals Steinbacher Hof). Das Hotel hat ohne Frage in der Region eine Alleinstellung mit der separaten Lage in der Natur, dem ungewöhnlich großen Hotelschwimmbad, dem großzügigen Wellnessbereich, dem freundlichem, kompetenten Service sowie guter Gastronomie. Wir kommen natürlich wieder.

You will love this hotel if you are looking for outdoor activities, a fantastic spa and great food! We stayed there in winter and I loved it. There was snow all around and made it perfect to sit in the sauna and look at the cold weather outside! The hotel is well appointed with Bavarian decor. The service is superb and the attention to detail is what you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel. Congratulations to the management of the hotel for keeping delivering a great product. Top notch!

Das Classic Doppelzimmer mit Balkon hat nicht das wieder gespiegelt, wie es die Bilder auf der Website darstellen, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist jedoch sehr schön. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr angenehm und zu empfehlen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr zufriedenstellend, der Service immer freundlich, jedoch an einigen Tagen nicht koordiniert. Das Hotelpersonal Jonas, Moritz und Daniel sind positiv zu erwähnen, sie haben uns an den Abenden im Restaurant oder in der Hotelbar super bedient. Der Service an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, ein Highlight war das zur Verfügung gestellte Frühstückspaket bei der frühen Abreise. Negativ zu erwähnen ist die 7,-€ Energiepauschale pro Tag, die wird während der Buchung nicht ersichtlich dargestellt.
