The room was perfect for us, and the breakfasts were amazing. There was a lot to do close by. We love meeting the hosts and hearing their stories. We think they have been running the B & B longer than any of the others we have visited. They know how to treat their guests to something special. The perfect getaway!

If you're looking for a lovely country inn for your trip, The Brownstone Colonial will not disappoint. Not only is it a beautifully updated stone house on a lovely piece of property, but the inn keepers, Brenda and Mark, are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. They welcomed us warmly and kindly met all of our needs. Also, they are very knowledgeable about the area and suggested many things for us to do and see. Our 2nd visit was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Our hosts are warm friendly and welcoming. Inside and outside is perfectly maintained. Room are appointed with care for ambiance and comfort. Afternoon homemade snack was delicious. Homemade delicious breakfast with garden fresh ingredients and friendly conversation. Beautiful outdoor water feature on the lush green grounds on a country road.

It's in all the house that's was renovated beautifully to keep the old charm intact. I love that the bedroom had its own bathroom the bathroom was modernized. This surroundings were extremely quiet. Very charming stay. I would do it again

What a lovely stay my wife and I had at the Brownstone Colonial Inn. Brenda and Mark are great hosts and incredible welcoming and warm. Their home is very inviting, breakfast was wonderful (accommodating our dietary needs) and the location was great for peace and quiet as well as easy access to antiquing, restaurants, etc. Staying at their home and getting to know our hosts was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. Can't wait to go back.

Never stayed in a bed and breakfast, this was one of the best time we spent on vacation. I highly recommend doing this, the views are incredible, the people are so friendly ! We absolutely loved it!!!

I had a wonderful experience in this historic inn. The entire property was beautiful and I stayed in a unique room with antique furniture. I was served the best breakfast experience I’ve had at a U.S. Inn. It was home cooked, delicious, and so much better than continental breakfast. The host Brenda was very welcoming and accommodating.

Felt welcomed the minute you entered the property. Very nice place to decompress for an overnight or extended period of time. I was in the area for a wedding in Eden and found this gem within 30 minutes of venue. Had a home cook meal - no reheating from packaged food - homemade jam and applesauce. Would highly recommend..
