Fabulous spot right next to the cathedral so beautiful & definitely recommend a balcony room facing out to the cathedral. Loved this quirky hotel which was once a fire station very modern but with touches of old features towards its former use. The staff went above and beyond to make are break perfect (to booking a restaurant for us to valet parking and just being friendly and helpful)We sipped champagne at the front of the hotel restaurant outside with a back drop of the cathedral. Must just mention the delicious breakfast too.

Excellent extended weekend spent in this hotel facing the cathedral and therefore directly in the city center.
Staff at the top worthy of the big hotels. Perfectly clean and spacious room just like the king size bed.

This hotel met expectations as a Marriot Hotel - the location was perfect across from the Cathedral and very central. The rest of the hotel - rooms/ restaurant and bar were all acceptable, but nothing unique. We had some issues with room service, but overall a pleasant experience for good value

Quite challenging on the car ride in given the significant roadworks across Reims. Helpful valet parking. We ate out as the restaurant was full when we tried to book. The waitlist did come off but we decided to go out to Excelsior. Massage in the spa was also very good. Nice room although a little small. View of cathedral was impaired by the scaffolding but factually correct. Staff were excellent.

Wir waren während 1 Woche mit Freunden und Appenzellerhund hier. Bereits das zweite mal. Aufgefallen ist uns das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Es ist sauber und wirkt gepflegt. Eine kleine Sauna findet man mit Pool im Keller. Das Frühstück beinhaltet qualitativ gutes und vielseitiges Essen. An verschiedenen Orten stehen Kaffeemaschinen zur Selbstbedienung. Der Kaffee wird auf Bestellung auch vom Personal gebracht. Das Abendessen gehört zu den besseren in der Stadt. Wichtig: Der Tisch sollte im voraus reserviert werden!
