This is the second time I stayed, and I feel that the treatment is not as good as the previous one. Not to mention that I secretly changed the room I booked. In the room, bedbugs are often found lying on the wall or on the bed. Let me ask the shopkeeper if he himself would like to share the bed with bedbugs? right? This store is mercenary, and its attitude is still very arrogant. Recently, it has been unfriendly to Chinese people. I don't recommend you to choose this hotel.

The bar is the perfect place to end your day, and the beds are incredibly comfortable for a good nights sleep. Above all, the service surrounding this experience is nothing short of exceptional. Tout est beau aux Crayères. Le magnifique pavillon Napoleon III, avec ses grands volumes et son mobilier d’époque, l’immense parc au gazon manucuré, les chambres au charme fou. Et en prime un personnel charmant, et le directeur qui vient vous saluer.

À la hauteur de sa réputation ! Que ce soit l’hébergement ou la table , c’est une belle expérience. Le menu automne 2024 est très maritime ( araignée de mer, homard, caviar jusqu’ au dessert avec la laitue de mer ) accompagné mets vins par différents champagnes , un délice . Les étoiles sont méritées . Le service est aux petits soins , s’adapte aux demandes particulières ( l’accord mets vins , un pour deux ne leur pose aucun pb et ont la délicatesse de les présenter dans un verre chacun !👍). Les chambres ont un côté surannée mais tellement cosy et propres

Nous avons séjourné un week-end dans cet endroit exceptionnel. A la hauteur de ce que l'on attend de ce type d'endroit, avec une cuisine au restaurant le parc de très haut niveau : une table qui pourrait être triplement étoilée au michelin.

A wonderful hotel with incredible staff apart from the bar. The room was amazing but needs a bathroom upgrade (which I did mention at checkout) . Apart from that small thing it was flawless. The bar staff need to work a bit faster and be more adaptable.

Hors des sentiers clinquants et tapageurs, les Crayères continuent encore et toujours au fil des années à offrir une parfaite alchimie d'accueil, gentillesse et prestations de haute qualité (cadre, confort, service, gastronomie... et bien sûr la superbe carte des Champagne).
