Food and staff were great. However there was no air conditioning in the room and no fans either. You couldn’t sit outside in the evening to cool off because of the mosquitoes. So slept very poorly. The sheets have wool in them which made it very itchy to sleep. Kids in near by rooms were very loud and I wish staff would have told them to quiet down. There is no way they didn’t hear them.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer schönen Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind hell und grosszügig gestaltet. Leider gibt es im Bereich Gästebetreuung und Service noch Luft nach oben. Dass es an einem Montag keine Möglichkeit für eine kleine Verpflegung oder ein Getränk gibt, war etwas überraschend. Einen Zimmerservice gibt es erst ab dem 3. Tag. Das Essen im Restaurant war ok, der Service dagegen etwas müde. Wir hätten gerne noch etwas Wein, Wasser oder einen Kaffee inkl. Dessert bestellt. Als wir uns endlich bemerkbar machen konnten, wurde uns erklärt, dass die Küche in der Zwischenzeit geschlossen sei. Schade! Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas fantasielos, qualitativ aber tadellos. Das Käsesortiment bestand fast ausschliesslich aus Scheibenkäse, die Rühreier waren leicht klumpig, dafür war der Schwarzwälder Schinken eine absolute Wucht. Alles in allem würde ich dem freundlichen Personal etwas mehr Elan nicht schaden.

Wir konnten die Reise aufgrund kurzfristiger Erkrankung nicht antreten. Ärztliches Attest liegt vor. Wir haben bei insgesamt 3 Telefonaten angeboten, dass wir zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt den Hotelaufenthalt nachholen werden. Natürlich auch gegen eine Umbuchungsgebühr. Sowohl eine Hotelmitarbeiter als auch die Inhaberin weigerten sich auf irgendeinen Kompromissvorschlag einzugehen. Deren Argumentation war, sie könnten das Zimmer so kurzfristig nicht wieder belegen. Soweit klar. Aber klar ist auch, dass sie jetzt keinerlei Aufwand hinsichtlich mitgebuchtem Frühstück etc. haben. Also verdienen sie jetzt richtig gut mit unserer Absage. Schade! Wir werden definitiv, wenn wir den Kurztrip nachholen in diesem Haus nicht buchen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, von denen keiner annähernd satt wurde. Wir haben zwar für eine teure Hauptspeise bezahlt , aber leider war auf dem Teller nur eine kleine Vorspeise . Daher ein guter Tipp !! dort übernachten aber bitte nicht essen .

Personnel charmant mais malheureusement une direction anti-commerciale et malhonnête ! Suite à une erreur qui n’est pas de notre fait de la part de la centrale de réservation, la direction nous a obligé à payer un supplément infondé totalement injuste. Passez votre chemin. Le rapport qualité prix/prix de cet établissement est vraiment mauvais !

Expérience incroyablement décevante !! Dommage car le personnel est adorable. La direction nous a fait payer 50€ de supplément alors que nous avions déjà payé notre chambre double 175€. Leur centrale avait indiqué 1 personne au lieu de 2 (dans une chambre double) et c’est apparemment une erreur fréquente de la centrale le tarif étant juste… la direction est restée braquée et nous étions bloqués car pas d’autres chambres au alentours ! Quand nous avons dit que ce n’était pas juste et que nous allions mettre une remarque négative elle a simplement ajouté que ce n’est pas un problème car ils ont suffisamment de clients !!!

Hotel au calme, moderne, chambres spacieuses, bien équipées et très propres.Mention spéciale pour le hamac sur le balcon. Personnel aimable et petit déjeuner très bon. Bon à savoir, une place de parking réservée vous coutera 15€ par nuit.
