Hotel Wave at Rehoboth Beach

It was an average hotel and is what we paid for. We had a comfortable stay.

Definitely like this hotel very clean employees be a little nicer but they weren’t too bad

My first step into the hotel was very nice. Took a while to get someone to check me in. I used the bathroom by the pool before going to my room. It was gross and the door didn’t shut. The pool was very cloudy and the whole area needs love. The hallways rugs are gross and not sure why you put rugs in beach hotel. My room was good though. Bed was comfortable and room was space. I found some marks on the wall but it’s a beach hotel so wasn’t shocked by it. My sheets were clean and towels. I needed a place to sleep pretty much. Breakfast was simple waffles cereal, and some pastries nothing crazy if you’re looking for eggs and bacon. I would have to say the staff overall not nice until one blonde woman last day she said good morning. I would always walk by someone and say hi or good morning and I would get nothing back. I was a little disappointed no elevator and I was on the second floor by myself with a toddler. The front desk person saw me struggle with my bags and did not offer to help. I would stay there again it was cheaper and overall okay place. They place just needs to work on customer service

For a hotel that was recently updated we found it dirty and not well maintained. The carpets in the hallways are filthy! In our room we had stains on a wall and the ac unit smelled. Also, there was mildew on the blackout shades. Positively, the beds were comfortable. I would not return.

Hi, the Lobby area is really dirty the carpet in the stairs are filthy and the second floor corridor are filthy also , the coffee is cold and to strong even the water was cold no matter what time of the day. breakfast was really bas they need to clean better. my sheets was dirty with coffee stain it looks like they don’t change the sheets for everyone. it looks they just do the beds after every customer. they need better clean better and have better customer services and the Wi-fi service is was so bad. and they need to dust the rooms after every customer leave.. the hotel is not cheap..

Property was located right next to coastal highway and easy to access. Beds and linens were clean. Floor carpet on the corridor was dirty, it was inconvenient to walk over it. Bathtub was stained, bathroom door was getting stuck.
