There is also a community swimming pool for you to enjoy that also has bathroom facilities, parking spaces in front of the house & plenty of overflow parking. The 4-season room has heated floors and a fantastic sound system overlooking the yard that backs to a wooded area giving you a private, serene spot to sit back, relax and enjoy nature. THE FIRST FLOOR Entering the house is the foyer area where stairs lead to the second level. There is also a half-bath, hall closet and entry from the one car garage. Once leaving the foyer area you head into the open concept Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area perfect for large gatherings. The Living Room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player (We provide a wide selection of DVD’s) and plush seating (which includes a queen sleeper-sofa) for watching TV and is perfect for relaxing during a movie. Enjoy preparing a meal from the spacious bright fully stocked kitchen with a large island (overlooking the living/dining area) which also has 3 stools, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & pantry. A dining room table for 6-8 people fits the entire family for dinner. Bedroom #3 is furnished with two twin beds, dresser, end table, bench and walk-in closet. The second-floor bath features double sinks and tub/shower combo.
