Our new favorite hotel in Rehoboth. We’ve been coming every year for about 20 years. We’ve stayed at The Bellmoor & Boardwalk Plaza but the Avenue is much better than both of them. The cleanliness, happy hour daily, restaurant, and location just can not be beat! The service and the views were also exceptional. Great job!

A hotel that has everything! Wine/cheese, cookies and hot chocolate, a pool and hot tub! It’s located in perfect walking distance to everything you need and the beach/boardwalk.

We had a great stay. Spaceous room for a family of 4, very calm and close to the beach. Loved in indoor pool and the family room where you can play boardgames and hang out in the evening or during the day. Would come back any time!

We try to go to Rehoboth during the off-season at least once a year and we always stay at the Avenue Inn. We go back because we love the location, the extra amenities and the rooms. I have to say they even stepped up the free breakfast. Will stay here again.

Avenue Inn & Spa is our go to hotel when staying in Rehoboth Beach because of the great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly, and helpful and the rooms are a nice size and have balconies. The lobby is very comfortable and always smells wonderful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and parking is conveniently located under the hotel.

Location location location! Perfectly situated downtown with guest rooms facing Wilmington or Rehoboth Avenues. Hotel staff, especially owner Michael, greeted us warmly at every turn. Amenities included an evening wine and cheese, fresh baked cookies and milk, and a romantic fire pit. I heartily recommend booking your next stay here.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The ocean ( my reason for going to Rehoboth) is close enough to easily and quickly get there on foot.
