I had a horrible experience where I booked at room for 3 guests (King with sofa). They ended up putting me in just a king room that sleeps 2 so I had a guest sleep on the floor. They did not admit any fault and blamed it on me. There was no offer of reduced rate for the inconvenience. They has no sympathy at all for their error in putting me in this room. Not to mention the hotel is not very clean and very noisy. Stayed here because of a Rider game at its close to the stadium but not worth it.

The location is really poor. I didn't realize it was SO close to the bars when I booked. The parking lot is not protected and just open. I was awoken three times from people in the parking lot yelling and also from the traffic noise. Also from the person above me who dropped something. HA! Very little sound proofing... and not at all worth the cost. My room came to $200 a night. I could have gone to Hotel Sask.. and actually gotten to sleep... do not recommend at all. This hotel deserves a 2 star. It's more like a motel.

First, would like to state that the front desk were most accommodating as a whole, esp the sales and marketing manager, Debbie. Not a great experience at the hotel with people who were not booked into our block of 15-20 rooms. They placed other people within our block. I would never complain about that but when there was a severely inebriated gentleman that kept coming into the hallway from his room to speak with the 12-13 year old girls we had within our group (they’re kids…they like to bounce from one friend’s room to the next), I was pretty unhappy with that and called to the front desk and requested someone come speak with him. Nothing was done. Aside from that, things were just fine. Nothing amazing. My room was adequate and clean-ish. The bathrooms could do with a deep clean as the picture on the wall had some sort of scum on it, the fan vent cover needs all the dust cleaned off it, and the grout needs a serious cleaning. For 150.00 a night as a “special” rate for our hockey team, I just expect clean but this seems to be a recurring theme with all hotels these days.

Nice hotel. Lots of parking spaces, and next to restaurants. Great location, close to major roadways as we were just passing by the city. Front desk was very pleasant. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we got a room with a view of the parking lot so we got to see our car, lol. We received a nice welcome basket in recognition of our hotel status, which was nice. Thank you!

Do not stay here. I had brown water coming out of the taps and couldn't shower or shave for meetings and the hotel didn't seem to care or want to do anything to make the situation right. 3 weeks later I am still trying to get ahold of management. They just don't care about the customers here

Had to stay an extra night unexpectedly after checking out of my orig hotel, and boss put me up here for the night. While the hallways and room decor were dated, the king bed was fantastic, suite was quite large with tons of storage options, updated bathroom was huge and the walk-in shower pressure terrific. Late-night drinks & ribs were great, and staff was all smiles and professional at check-in and check-out. Its a 3-star property for sure, but my limited and comfortable stay was def worth rating it 4/5. Happily surprised stay here!

From the moment my wife and I stepped in and went to the front desk the excellence in customer service began. Two ladies, Cecil & Noreen welcomed me and immediately thanked me for my loyalty to Marriott and acknowledged my Platinum Elite status. They were so pleasant as well as efficient. Both ladies a credit to this property. We are in the middle of a 2 night stay. The room was of a good size, clean and all my service requests on the Bonvoy App were fulfilled. They also looked at my profile as the room was away from elevator and on the top floor. Again this kind of attention speaks volumes. Also the staff had left a tray of treats thanking me for our stay. The breakfast buffet, complimentary as Platinum, was very good. Items were hot, varied and well presented. Our server gave us attentive service. My only criticism would be the omission of FOX NEWS on the TV......only left wing/ socialist cable media. All in all an excellent experience. again KUDOS to the staff.

Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS!! I booked our Saskatoon hockey team at the Four Points by Sheraton in Regina, Saskatchewan Feb. 2nd to 5th, 2023. The group had a total of 14 rooms. When I contacted the hotel, I specifically said it was for a hockey team. Upon organizing this I asked if a meeting room was available for our group to have team meals and a place for the group to gather. We always like this because generally a meeting room is away from the guest rooms. However, this room is as empty every time I walked past it. So we decided to book an additional guest room to accommodate the team. Upon our arrival on Thursday the boys in our group, the hockey players, proceeded to play mini sticks in the hallways at approx 2 pm. This instantly became a problem for the hotel. The boys were told time and time again to go to their rooms. They were playing in the middle of the afternoon, not during quiet time, nor were they doing anything out of the ordinary. In fact, there were other hockey groups staying at the hotel as well who were doing the same thing. Security would wander the hallways and scold the guests for having the doors kept open by using the deadbolts. Our group was all in the same area of the hotel. They informed us this was a security issue. And even went so far as to enter my room while I was away and close my door. Leaving me with no key and no ID to get one. However, turns out this wasn’t an issue at all as they seemed to be more than happy to provide me with a new key without even questioning who I was. The security issue at this hotel has become very apparent. There were homeless, drugged-out people everywhere in this hotel. This is why they were adamant we close our doors. So the hotel's security problems become their guest's problems. We would continuously get security knocking on our door to “remind us” to close our doors. Most complied but some took the advice and still opted to keep their doors open as they were inside their room. At this point, security should have noted that they advised this guest but the guest refused. Instead, the knocking and harassing continued. The security staff was rude and clearly did not like their jobs as they just kept saying “I’m only doing what my boss tells me to do.” Upon check-in, I was asked if I wanted our room cleaned daily. I declined. They then phoned to ask again. I declined again. They then knock on the door to ask a third time. We then had to decline again. I found the staff to be abrasive, not friendly, and almost intrusive. The boys gave up on mini sticks and instead sat together at the end is the hall looking at their phones, playing video games, etc. But the security at the hotel was upset by this as well and the boys were yet again instructed to go to their rooms. I overheard this and questioned security about this as the boys barely made a peep. They again referenced the fact that there are people in the hotel who should not be there. I indicated I would watch the boys
