Very bad hotel! After a day of playing, I returned to the room at night and it was not cleaned. The front desk clerk said that the hotel does not clean every day, and if you want to clean, you have to make an appointment before 3 pm, which is unheard of! After arguing, I agreed to change a room, but the door could not be locked, and people outside could open the door and come in at will, which was terrible. After changing another room, I found that the refrigerator was hot the next morning, not cooling, and the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work! No one answered the front desk phone, the girl was always on the phone, and the homeless man blatantly sat in the lobby and no one cared. The security is very poor!!!

This was a nice clean hotel. The room was very satisfactory. The only thing that was wrong is you need to be a rocket scientist to set the stupid alarm clock.

I found bed bugs in room 230. It was very disturbing and wasn't able to sleep whole night. I reported at front desk as well.
I will never ever use this hotel for stay. Due to bed bugs I was very disturbed. Waste of money to stay.
