Good location. Quiet & safe part of town.
Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

Hotel was wonderful, beds were fantastic, pillows were also great, hotel staff was fantastic to deal with, rooms were clean and very modern, bathroom was like being at home, breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone.
We stayed here after my daughter’s appendectomy before heading home and will be booking same hotel for future trips as it was very comfortable.

This location didn’t live up to the standards of the Hilton brand of hotels. Right from the start….the sign entering the parking lot is peeling and faded making it unreadable. The carpet in the lobby is dirty and wrinkled making it a tripping hazard. The second floor carpet is filthy and even more wrinkled. The leatherette on the breakfast dining chairs is peeling making the seat threadbare. In this condition they can’t be wiped if there is a spill making them unsanitary. We will not be back.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. The room was good. The hotel in general is becoming quite shabby. I expected much better for the price. Very dirty mat that needed replacing at the front entrance. It looked like someone had vomited on it:/ I took a big step over that substantial spot. Rugs in the hallways are rippled, stretched and frayed, full of tripping hazards. Really not ok. Mat at the elevator was askew. Over all one gets the impression of lack of care and attention to detail.

We frequently stay at Hampton Inns when we travel, so I ( mistakenly) did not read the reviews when I booked a one night stay in Regina. When we pulled into the parking lot, the Hampton Inn sign was unreadable. The desk clerk was surly , but he did offer me my complimentary water. We got out of the elevator on our floor and the rugs outside the elevator were frayed , dirty, and a black runner was placed on top of the carpet. While our room was okay, the overall appearance of this location was shabby and not at all what a Hampton Inn should represent.
