Esperienza deludente e gestione idem. Prenotato per le 22, veniamo fatti accomodare in un salottino “d’attesa”. Dopo 20 minuti chiedo informazioni e mi viene detto che i tavoli non si sarebbero liberati a breve. Inaccettabile non rispettare le prenotazioni e, soprattutto, non avvisare i clienti con correttezza. A quel punto, siamo andati via, visto il totale disinteresse per chi aspetta. Non credo ci tornerò.

Ottima struttura pet friendly non lontano dall'autostrada, colazione ottima, personale gentilissimo. Unico neo ristorante chiuso e ascensore guasto. Sicuramente comunque torneremo.

E' stata una piacevole scoperta! L'Hotel Cavallo Bianco ha stanze spaziose e pulite, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Trovo ottima la possibilità di cenare direttamente in albergo. Buona la colazione. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Mi e capitato davvero poche volte di trovare un albergo così curato nei dettagli. Piacevole scoperta in zona tranquilla Camera ampia , pulita e con terrazzo Letto con topper! Bagno grande e pulito Il mio amato bollitore in camera Colazione ok

I work in the area for over 14yrs and at last i have found a really nice hotel run by an amazing couple and their team. I now use Cavallo Bianco min each month. Always a welcoming smile and happiness to see you. Polite and friendly! The rooms are always clean and spotless. I can also highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel, the food is definitely not your normal hotel food. It is another level! Valerias husband Ale prepares the food on Monday and Tuesdays and his team Wed& Thurs but the level of quality does not change. Their other restaurant Bonsai is also highly recommendable on Wed-weekend. I always come back here as the standard is great and the service perfect! Grazie mille

Tutto molto pulito, ottima colazione e molto simpatiche e disponibili le proprietarie. Da sottolineare nelle camere la doccia, raramente se ne trova una così grande e spaziosa. Ottima anche la posizione a due passi dal centro.

Semplicemente VERGOGNOSO ! Dopo aver prenotato tre stanze e la cena, dopo aver avuto la conferma, due giorni prima dell'evento mi telefonano dicendo che le stanze non sono più disponibili e se voglio ci mettono in tre in una stanza tripla. Alle mie rimostranze rispondono che i clienti precedenti hanno allungato il soggiorno....Ho fatto notare che questa era un'enorme mancanza di professionalità e di riguardo nei confronti di chi aveva prenotato e avuto la conferma. Se questa è la loro professionalità allora forse è una fortuna non aver utilizzato la struttura. Mi spiace che non abbia potuto mettere zero !
