Excellent location in the city center, nice view on the park. Relatively silent in the sense that you can hear the next room, but the people were not noisy, so it was very good.

Very poor check-in experience, super poor front desk service, check out time at 12 o'clock, because I was 25 minutes late, they charged an extra 80 euros for late check out, and even had an argument with the customer at the front desk. It was really bad. I don’t know how to rate this hotel as a four-star hotel. The hotel manager was even more unreasonable. I was packing my luggage, and around 12:22, he actually rushed into the room. It was quite funny.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very centrally located. The reception staff, restaurant and bar staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Martina for all her help. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Welcoming and smiling staff. Good sized rooms. Very nice and clean both bathroom and room. Good bed and bed linen. Very quiet, so good sleep quality. Excellent location - in walking distance to most major sites. Minibus Linea M goes between the old railway station and the new High Speed Train Station Mediopadana. I travelled t/r the old station, but took the bus out to Mediopadana just to see it. Well worth.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Perfectly renovated rooms in perfect order with all amenities present. Nice views, good airconditioning, rain shower, bar. Stayed a week and was very pleasantly surprised. Great location too, at a park and near the very center of Reggio, a quaint and beautiful town. Would definitely return, also when traveling to Bologna, Modena or Parma. This town and the Mercure Astoria are highly recommended.

Had a short business trip here. Hotel is little outdated from in and out, but location is really great and central. Service was friendly, breakfast was a disaster(because of Covid restrictions, which is understandable) and spacious room had lousy bed, with views to another rooms. But overall decent stay, especially because of their prime location ＞ little park right outside and short walk to Old Town

A good hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a simple choice, but should suit most people, nice to see a choice of fresh fruit on offer. Close by the centre and accessible to restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel is located near centre of the City. A short taxi ride from main railway station (15 minutes walk but a bit far for luggage). Modern looking building with nice lobby. Staff was very good with solving some issues with booking. Room itself was very spacious but a little run run down (still clean). Bathroom was very nice and had a good shower (not a given in Italy). Breakfast was good as long as you accept it is a continental breakfast. Definitely stay again.
