Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen in der Stadt und zu Fuß ist man schnell überall - allerdings ist diese weniger geeignet für diejenigen mit schlechten Schlaf - in der Nacht ist es sehr unruhig draußen und laut,aufgrund der Lage an der Straße.
Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr groß und das Badezimmer mit Dusche war auch groß genug.
Auf dem Flur vor dem Zimmer roch es sehr unangenehm - im Zimmer selbst ist davon dann zum Glück nichts zu bemerken.
Frühstück war bei meiner Buchung ausgeschrieben,allerdings existiert kein Raum hierfür und es gab auch keinen Hinweis hierzu & wurde komplett ignoriert.
Für ein kurzes Wochenende können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen

Bellissimo soggiorno
Stanza ben arredata e confortevole. Situato a 2 passi dal lungomare e quindi a piedi si può raggiungere tutto quello che serve. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la facilità nella comunicazione col proprietario, ci siamo visti solo una volta ed anche per caso, in quanto ha automatizzato sia il check-in che il check-out. Poi persona molto disponibile e cordiale, sembrava di parlare con un vecchio amico.

I stayed at this property for three (3) nights and I have to say that the location is definitely a plus: central and convenient for visiting the city. However, the heavy traffic around the property does detract from the experience, making it difficult to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. There was no real closet, just a nook to hang clothes, which can be inconvenient for those staying longer. One negative was the pillows: the pillowcases were clean, but the pillows themselves had obvious yellow stains, which were not very inviting. The bathroom also needs improvement. The shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak, and the drainage was poor, leaving water stagnating. The window frames were old and difficult to open or close. Overall, the property could benefit from a little more attention to detail and some maintenance, to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Do we want to talk about the comfort of the bed? Practically non-existent pillows, unspeakable mattress and the blankets... well, I tried to imagine that at least there was no dust. In the bathroom, overall, a 'patch' had been passed over, but the rust on the soap holders in the shower was shameful.

Camera ben rifinita, arredata con gusto e bagno moderno (con doccia). Posizione strategica perché, praticamente, al centro della città di Reggio Calabria, ed a pochi metri dal Corso principale e Lungomare. Per la colazione viene dato un buono da poter consumare ad un bar del Corso. Per la macchina occorre trovare parcheggio lì in zona, ma in genere lo si trova senza grandi difficoltà (strisce a pagamento fino ad una cera ora).

Ben servita e centrale, facile accesso a tutte le aree importanti della città. Pulita e spaziosa, ben fornita e arredata.
Piccoli difetti: manca un mobiletto/mensola in bagno
La colazione in outsourcing potrebbe proporre altre opzioni oltre al classico caffé/cappuccino brioche
