Il proprietario Lorenzo è stata una persona davvero molto affabile, e anche le ragazze che si occupavano delle camere.
Io ho pagato a parte la colazione,che corrisponde a voucher spendibili in un bar vicino dove si può consumare quello che si vuole.
La camera in sé era della giusta dimensione, con un letto davvero comodo,molto pulita, e dotata di ogni confort ,come cassaforte e frigo con acqua offerta. Ah,c'era la TV con Sky compreso,anche se non ne ho usufruito. Il bagno anche era molto comodo,con una sorta di puff che fungeva da appoggio che ho particolarmente apprezzato.
La mia camera era la Gabbiano Se dovete scendere a Reggio prenotate senza dubbio direttamente qui!

Personale gentilissimo , stanza confortevole, arredi moderni, nespresso in camera e cucinotto a disposizione al piano, in pieno centro. Il neo grosso è la collocazione al secondo piano di un palazzetto malmesso con un portoncino vecchio e scale poco illuminate.

Dalle recensioni lette mi aspettavo un B&b spettacolare..forse x questo un po’ deluso..per lo più per la presenza in stanza di un condizionatore che nn riscaldava a dovere, stanza fredda al ns arrivo nonostante la prenotazione!! Comunque stanza pulita ed ottimo letto comodissimo, colazione al bar di fronte od in camera qualora la sera prima si sa cosa volere..cornetti ottimi!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony is a nice touch. To be honest I expected something a little better based on the reviews. The room was a little beat up. The fridge was cool not cold. The keys are cumbersome. The owner is very informative but its very loud when a new guest arrives and he speaks very, very, loud. One hears their neighbors every movement in the bathroom or their loud speaking in their room, hallway, or in the common room (usually Italians not foreigners). This was very bothersome but cannot be helped as you are basically in a large apartment. Perhaps I had a loud neighbor. The breakfast at the cafe down the street was not good in comparison to the vast array of excellent pasticcerie in Reggio where for the same price you get 3x better quality. The coffee itself was decent not good which is hard to do in Italy. The breakfast is not worth 7 Euros for the quality itself. Instead the coffee shop literally across the street, bar poker had better looking pastries. All in all was a little disappointed in the experience because the B&B was so highly rated.

Hidden Gem Close Everything
I've been traveling for 10 weeks and the bed/pillows/linens were in the top 3!!! Super comfortable. I booked last minute and got the last room which is the smallest. It was great, but the bigger rooms have more light and bigger balconies if you have a choice. Fantastic and cheery decor. Street is totally quiet at night and the location is excellent to walk anywhere. Refrigerator was completely noiseless, which I totally appreciate and housekeeping was great!!
