Simply wonderful place for a getaway with friends, so peaceful and set in beautiful grounds. Wish it had been warm enough to swim in the gorgeous pool! Didn’t go with little ones, but could see that it was extremely well set up and welcoming for families traveling with children. Breakfasts and dinner were delicious. Lots of locals came in for pizza night! Distance from major tourist destinations of Tuscany and smaller villages and vineyards was acceptable. Flew in and out of Pisa, which was a very easy motorway journey away in hire car. Hope to return with my family. A real find!

Wat een fijne plek! Daniele en zijn familie zorgen er voor dat je je direct thuis voelt. Heerlijk (mee) gegeten elke avond. Eigengemaakte olijfolie 😋. We zijn een week gebleven. Ontbijt ook prima. Echte aanrader! Wij verbleven in een 4p appartement. Bedden ook goed!

What a wonderfull place. From start to finish a perfect experience. If you look for a small, familiar stay in Tuscany, look no further. We travelled with our 2 kids ( 1 and 3,5 years). Our oldest is still asking daily to go back. Very child-friendly enviroment and staff! Nice rooms, very good food in the evening. Not a single bad point. We will go back next year, but for a longer period because there is still a lot to discover in the region.

I stayed with mum and dad in this structure, to take refuge for a night from the chaos of Florence. I'm already leaving wanting to come back! The farmhouse is in an excellent position, among the most renowned tourist destinations, but is immersed in the greenery of olive trees. As soon as I arrived I heard the chirping of the cicadas and I breathed a sigh of relief, immediately feeling a wave of peace. We dined under the arcades, always surrounded by greenery and silence, delighting in the home cooking offered by the managers and their availability and sympathy. Encore of first courses, second course, fresh vegetables from the garden, dessert and good wine. My mum risked a request for cantucci and vin santo… they didn't have them but… for lunch the next day they let us find warm cantucci, freshly made for us, and vin santo. A gesture made by the owners that really touched us! Find another place, in the madness of Tuscan tourism, which pays such attention to the customer. A real cuddle! We also enjoyed the morning in the pool complete with an aperitif... in short, everything was perfect! And VERY NICE owners!

The apartment where we stayed had all the necessary comfort: a freshly renovated bathroom, a large kitchen/dining room and 2 bedrooms: 1 for a couple, the other for 1 person. I also recommend the restaurant: no menu, we eat what was planned that day and it’s always delicious! Finally, the swimming pool is large, clean and in the middle of a very well-kept garden.

Unfortunately negative experience. Breakfast at 8.30 is an unfortunate time for those who want to move from there to go to some city like Pisa, Siena, Florence, Assisi etc. So we never saw breakfast from 8.30 onwards. The same ..... miserable miserable. Not 1 brioche....nothing and not even bread!!! A few half cakes left over from the day before. Dinner: no bread at the tables .... and upon request we were brought 1 basket with 5 slices of bread .... then 2 really scarce first courses 1 second course ... no comment and the recycling of breakfast for dessert. We weren't even allowed to taste the oil... so we didn't buy it since we don't know what it tastes like!!! The room was NOT made up, neither the bed nor the bathroom....and after 1 day around...this surprise came back!!! Incredible!!! There are 3 women and they don't even make the beds!!! I recommend redoing the rooms and cleaning them like all bed and breakfasts! Breakfast to be reviewed for time and food!!!!!!!!! Ditto for dinner....maybe 2 more forkfuls of pasta...which costs nothing! And put this bread in there....maybe even with the oil to taste....if you want to sell it!!

We stopped by in the evening after shopping. The hotel is cozy, located in a quiet place, the birds are singing. There is a pool but it is cold. The hosts are friendly. For one night with dinner we paid 250€, breakfast is very modest, no eggs or pancakes, no dinner either. Everything is good but not for this money.
