Das größte Problem war die Buchungplattform Trip.com
Zuerst hat das System die Eingabe vom 12. Juli auf 13. Juli nicht akzeptiert und hat es einfach systemseitig auf den 11. bis 12. Juli gezogen. Die Buchung für den Folgetag hatte ich eigentlich um 21:30 Uhr aufgegeben und dennoch hat das System immer nur den gleichen Tag im Hintergrund gezogen.
Auf die gewünschte Stornierung Anfrage hat das Hotel und die Buchungplattform nicht reagiert.
Wer sich also auf die Buchungplattform verlassen will und auch im Zweifelsfällen auf ein Entgegenkommen hofft, sollte auf anderen Plattformen buchen wie beispielsweise ***********
Da sind auch beispielsweise im Detail alle Eventualitäten aufgeführt.

ロビーでコーヒーがいつでも飲めるし、朝食も種類が豊富でとても美味しい。
スタッフはみんな感じがよく、立地は駅からも旧市街からもどちらからも近く最高。
ただ、バスルームの排水溝から酷い異臭が上がってくるのだけが残念。
またレーゲンスブルクに行く時には泊まりたいので、排水溝の異臭を解決してもらいたい。

火車站步行五分鐘就到了，算是在古城裡，非常方便。房間正合適，床和枕頭都很舒服，床單也乾淨。接待的兩個美女爭先恐後為我回到問題，非常熱情。早餐也很豐盛，每天有新花樣。

The reception staff was friendly. The room was average, even in terms of cleanliness. It's very disappointing that housekeeping doesn't come daily. Unlike advertised, it doesn't come upon request. We were only able to get fresh towels at reception. The breakfast was average. The only bright spot in the hotel was the coffee machine in the lobby.
