Die Mitarbeiter/innen beim Empfang, im Service und housekeeping waren Spitzenklasse. Alle waren sehr höflich, kompetent und ansprechbar. Die Küche war hervorragend, auf jeden Wunsch wurde eingegangen. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sehr ansprechend, gut ausgestattet und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz, tollem Bad und qualitativ hochwertigen Betten. Dieses Hotel verdient die 4 Sterne ohne jede Einschränkung.

Das in diesem Hotel praktizierte Inklusionskonzept ist grossartig, das Hotel ist modern, sehr komfortabel und die Leute sind überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist darüber hinaus sehr gut. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gab allerdings während unseres Aufenthalts ein ziemlich schlimmes Problem mit Gerüchen die aus Abflussrohren und/oder Belüftungen kamen (in manchen Zimmern, wir hatten zwei und eines hatte das Problem). An sich ist das lediglich eine Panne, was mich allerdings verstört hat war, dass ich keinen Preisnachlass angeboten bekommen habe und ausserdem so getan wurde, als sei das Problem unbekannt, was wiederum nicht sein kann, da bei Abreise die ganze Etage nach Gülle roch und zu diesem Zeitpunkt mehrere Angestellte auf der Etage mit Arbeiten dort beschäftigt waren. Merkwürdig. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten, wünschen dem Hotel aber alles Gute, da es an sich sehr in Ordnung ist.

Hotel con camere spaziose e super pulito.. Parcheggio disponibile in loco e gratuito da non sottovalutare. Colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce. Acqua gratuita per la camera. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la cena consumata in hotel a pagamento. Ci tornerò!

I cannot recommend this hotel if you are passing through heading south. Firstly, the female receptionists were rude and very unhelpful. We drove from Denmark to Croatia and booked the hotel both ways. I read on their website that they had a restaurant and that it closed at 9pm. On the way there, we arrived at the hotel at 8:10pm and were told there was a buffet and therefore they closed at 8:30pm. We had to hurry down to eat, which they reluctantly allowed because we arrived late. On the way back, we were told at the reception that the kitchen was closed, so instead of relaxing, we had to go out into the city to find some dinner. They had decided that everyone should have a glass carafe of water taken up to their room upon arrival. This was quite inconvenient when you were holding all your luggage and had to find your room by yourself. You then had to remember to bring the same bottle down with your luggage when checking out. Otherwise, you were asked to go up and get it before you could check out. One star for the mentioned receptionists.

The rooms are modern and clean. Parking in the underground car park is free for hotel visitors. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were also able to convince ourselves of the great accommodation during this stay. The house is extremely clean, quiet, very spacious rooms, well equipped. The breakfast buffet was diverse and very appealing. The staff, from reception to kitchen staff to cleaning staff, were all very friendly and accommodating! Very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything fine. For us, however, it's not a small minus that the hotel uses very soft mattresses. The condition of this was very good, but not perfect for someone who has to sleep very hard (back problems).
