Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir hatten von unterwegs gebucht und waren baff, als wir die Domresidenz sahen: Beste Lage, wie schon von vielen geschrieben, innen alles supersauber und stilvoll bis ins letzte Detail. Die Gastgeberfamilie betreibt noch ein Antiquitätengeschäft nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt und für die Einrichtung alles selbst ausgewählt wurde (man ist ja vom Fach). Ganz toll: Bisher haben wir es immer erlebt, dass wir für 4 Personen buchten, aber für die Kinder lediglich ein Ausziehsofa zur Verfügung stand (worüber sie in ihrem Alter, 12 und 10, inzwischen maulen). In unserem Apartment in der Domresidenz aber standen zwei vollwertige separate Zimmer mit jeweils richtigem Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Weitere Details: hochwertige Küchenausstattung zur Selbstversorgung, endlich einmal ausreichend USB-Steckdosen, verborgen unter der Nachttisch-Platte, ein großer Handtuchvorrat, Sonos-Soundsystem und moderne Lichtschalter, die in der Nacht schwaches Licht spenden, damit man sie findet. Die Domresidenz ist eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Super schönes Appartment. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. In alle Richtungen der Altstadt ist man gut gelegen. Parken am Dachauplatz macht das Ganze in der schwierigen Lage für Autos dann auch sehr komfortabel. On top: Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber-Familie!

Wer das Außergewöhnliche sucht ist hier bestens untergebracht. Mitten im historischen Kern vermischt sich hier der Charme vergangener Zeiten mit hochmodernem Komfort, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir wurden vom Inhaber herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen.

Wunderschönes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr gut isolierte Fenster. Mit sehr schönen alten Möbel eingerichtet, kombiniert mit Neuen. Voll eingerichtete Küche. Aufzug. Schnelles Check in. Alle Anfragen wurden schnell und positiv beantwortet.

A very convenient location to easily take advantage of that Regensburg has to offer. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet despite being in the center of everything. Thomas, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. It’s like staying in a local apartment in a very old building that has modern amenities mixed with fine antiques. I recommend it most highly.

Sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat, dass die Türen aufgrund des Baujahrs aus dem 13. Jh. etwas niedriger sind, ist alles perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We couldn't recommend Domesidenz more highly! The apartment was exquisite, with beautifully appointed antiques and furnishings. The apartment is in a beautiful 800-year-old, impeccably restored building. The location was ideal, both central and on a side street that was fairly quiet at night. The apartment was squeaky clean and so well organized! The attention to detail was so impressive. We especially loved the mix of antique furnishings and modern pieces, together. The lighting was also superb! The beds were comfortable and outfitted with high-quality bedding. The towels were also lush and of hotel quality. We felt as though we were staying in a high-end hotel, but with the space of an apartment. Thomas, the owner and host, was so nice! He greeted us when we arrived in town and showed us around the apartment. He made us feel so welcome. He was readily available to answer any questions and got back to us immediately when we texted him. By all means, book Domesidenz if you have the opportunity! You won't regret it.

Wir haben uns eine kleine Auszeit in ihrem Hause gegönnt und waren mit allem höchst zufrieden. Wohlfühl-Gefühl pur. Und ja wir kommen gerne wieder zu ihnen, wenn uns unser Weg das nächste Mal nach Regensburg führt. Herzlichen Dank für ALLES.

Wir können die Domresidenz nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist bis aufs kleinste Detail durchdacht. Alles sehr stilvoll. Ein Wunderbarer Mix aus Antiquitäten und modernem Design. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Die Lage in Regensburg hätte für uns nicht besser sein können. Herr Insam ist unglaublich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
