Für ein improvisiertes Frühstück 20,00 € / Person zu verlangen ist zu viel ! Erst recht, wenn der Gast eine knappe Stunde vor verschlossenen Türen warten muss, trotz nochmaliger telefonischer Absprache. Statt einer Entschuldigung bekamen wir nur eine fadenscheinige Ausrede. Nachdem wir nach Abreise (01.01.2022) ein Kleidungsstück im Zimmer vergessen hatten und sofort einen frankierten Rückumschlag mit der Bitte um Rücksendung an das Hotel "VIII" gesendet haben (und zusätzlich eine Email mit dieser Info) erfolgte drei Wochen lang keine Reaktion. Auch auf telefonische Nachfrage und erneutes Schreiben mit der Bitte um Rücksendung des Kleidungsstückes (der Fund wurde vom Hotel bestätigt), ist bis zum heutigem Tage (14.02.2022) nichts geschehen. Service mangelhaft, keine Kundenorientierung !!!!! Nicht empfehlenswert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
