Great location; an easy walk from the train station and near the heart of the altstadt (historic center). The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast beverages included prosecco and a nice selection of breads & cheeses. The hotel is run by a young couple; both of them very cordial. They offer rental ebikes for a reasonable fee. It's a great way to see Regensburg, and nearby attractions along the Danube.

The central location in the mall was fabulous. We even managed to walk it, lugging our cases from the train station. The room was exceptional, with a slanting ceiling and plenty of space. The bathroom was very nice too - not too small. A nice touch, being December, was the urn of mulled wine in the foyer every afternoon, which I enjoyed. The chocolate pretzels and other biscuits accompanying the wine, were also well received. Staff were always very friendly as we passed through the reception, although we were never in need for anything during our stay.

The hotel is well located about 400 metres from the railway central station. Walkable to all major sights in Regensburg.. The room was pretty basic, the bed was too soft. No air condition in the room, however the windows could be open. No toilet in the room. The toilet was separate, located on the other end of the corridor. Not so clean, I'd expect more frequent cleaning. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast buffer was sufficient, no warm meals. Strangely, coffee / tea has to be ordered and serviced (self-service is not allowed). Generally speaking, a good hotel for a weekend stay or 1 - 2 days, but no longer stays.

This hotel is an easy 3-5 min walk from the train station and aLeo walkable to the city center and all the major sights. Each employee we encountered over the two days we were there was quite friendly and helpful. We were on a higher floor, but there is an elevator. The room had darkening curtains and appeared to be freshly painted. I was also able to get an additional pillow at the reception desk. It was very hot while we were there, so we did need to sleep with the windows open but were not bothered by noise. The breakfast was good and less expensive than any of the other hotels we stayed at in Germany. We enjoy supporting smaller businesses and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a penthouse room. Hotel located at 5' walk distance to old city. Very clean, new room. Nice people at reception, polite and efficient. 2' to the garage (10€/day, special price). Lot of restaurants & bars around. Nice common roof terrace for relaxing. ASDA Supermarket nearby. Excellent solution to visit all the key spots in Regensburg, all at walk distance from the hotel.

Basic unpretentious hotel, fabulous location on the main pedestrian street. but worth the money we paid. Breakfast was adequate,not memorable. The staff were very helpful with a nice attitude . All attractions are walkable from the hotel and we had a nice weekend.

Great location with everything within easy walking distance. All managers and service staff are very friendly, from top to bottom. Great breakfast. Parking garage around the corner. Loading and unloading in front of the house. We had a room at the back. Was quiet (at Easter). However, there is a garden in the back in summer. In front of the street at night there was rioting and music. Take earplugs with you. As always in such cities, water pressure fluctuations and hot-cold showers are free. Also recommend an extra pillow (bring it from home if you can).

The public parking garage prepaid card given upon arrival was NOT mentioned by the staff as an additional paid service. An additional 9 euros were only billed at checkout for a parking period of 14 hours (overnight). If the staff had properly informed us about the additional costs of this prepaid card (it saves a net parking fee of 2 euros), we would have used one of the numerous available public parking spaces free of charge overnight. The clerk's shrug at checkout with the comment "Yes, maybe you should have been told that." doesn't make things any less annoying. That is not OK. As an offer that you can choose or not, there is nothing wrong with this 2-euro parking deal. But not informing about additional costs until afterwards is contrary to any serious business conduct. I hope the 9 euros were worth it, alienating two actually satisfied guests. We will definitely not come back.
