酒店位置不錯，離黃河第一灣很近。大床房沒有獨立衞生間，很難受，非常不方便，要去公共衞生間洗漱和上廁所，公共衞生間的衞生就一言難盡了。房間的設定不太好，電視是個擺設，電熱毯是個擺設，床很舊。前台有很多個小哥哥和小姐姐，都是人美心善，很熱情，有問題也比較快能響應，服務比較好，衹不過可能確實條件有限。大廳有製氧機，可以無限使用，衹要自己有吸氧管，酒店可買吸氧管，10塊錢，對於有高反需要吸氧的來説就很好。。酒店包早餐，味道還不錯，種類較多。有一説一，付費餐食的比較貴，味道就……哈哈哈哈。附近的草原都是被別人圈起來的，很不安逸，不能自由玩耍，都是付費項目。其實住若爾蓋草原那邊的話，更適合自由行。

太適合親子出行了，停車方便，房間寬敞，最最重要的是有特別美味的早餐和菜餚！再經歷過扎尕那的人山人海後，這裏顯得特別的悠閑，地理位置佳，距離其他景區近！

酒店位置不錯，星空房的創意很好，不過應該好好把房間內的設施搞好，房間內衹有電熱毯，沒有空調，衞生間狹小簡陋。以目前的設施條件來看600多/晚的房費性價比不高

房間超級差，設施陳舊，很多設備無法使用，洗浴用品和基本的衞生紙都沒有，跟前台服務員説了也沒提供。在攜程定的酒店最差的一次。

訂的親子房，有個淋浴間在屋子裡，導致房間很潮濕！而且淋浴間漏水，屋子地板上都滲水了。房間沒有空調有點悶，也沒法開窗之類的。老闆服務倒是非常好，很熱心。還給了小零食吃。
