We didn't actually check in. We booked two rooms at around 10:00 pm the previous night, but our itinerary changed at 9:00 am the next morning. We requested a cancellation through the platform, but the owner unilaterally only refunded one room and insisted we stay in the other. We contacted Ctrip and the local tourism department several times, but the owner's attitude was terrible and he refused to refund us. The experience was terrible and he was completely unreasonable. A friend who went to see the room ahead of time was greeted by a foul odor as soon as they opened the door, so they decided to find another hotel. Please be cautious when booking a room. You can definitely stay in a hotel with better conditions and service for the same price. This owner was extremely difficult to communicate with and unreasonable, so be sure to choose carefully! Don't let a dishonest and unkind person ruin your travel experience!
