服務員是個帥氣的藏族小夥，服務熱情周到，替客人着想，提出很好的遊覽建議。酒店面對黃河几子灣，就在景區內，很方便。

之前看這個酒店很多差評，還專門帶了睡袋。選的景觀房，雖然貴點，根據經驗景觀房一般能曬到太陽，不會太潮。實際上床鋪乾淨，也比較乾燥，熱水供應足，在藏區已經算不錯的條件了。至於服務員態度，藏區衹要不是連鎖，藏民都是這樣，實際上老闆也非常和藹。樓下的小賣鋪價格也不貴，脈動才5元。除了沒電梯，已經不錯了。對面就是觀景台，我住的3樓也直接可以看風景。走路到核心景區約1公里，走路慢悠悠過去20分鐘。友情提示，景區的套票裏面含的觀光電梯衹限當天有效，如果晚上到給大門檢票的説一聲第二天坐。
