I requested to use the hotel’s freezer to store medically necessary food for a short weekend stay and was told no without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. This was a basic, reasonable request and their refusal made the trip significantly harder to manage. If you have any dietary or medical needs, don’t expect support from this staff. Also they were bizarrely rude about it. Will not be returning.

I book rooms with king size beds and lounge chairs because I like to work on my laptop in a chair. This chair was unusable. I don’t know why they didn’t just take it out. Why leave it in the room? The walls are very thin. Someone knocked on my door repeatedly after 11 pm. The a/c unit vibrates so loudly that I turned it off, but I could still hear the unit above mine cycling all night long. I barely slept. No phones in the room. Mattress hard as a rock. My back is killing me.

Recommended place to stay in Redwood Falls!
Very nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable. I can tell you from experience that this is the best place to stay in Redwood Falls. The other places don't hold a candle to the Lodge.

Didn’t like the tv set up. Wasn’t able to watch local news and the tv Roku didn’t work when it was raining. Also there were no cookies available at check in and the beds were nothing special.

The walls are thin and i felt like we could hear all the noise in the hallway. We were still happy with our stay.
