Travelodge by Wyndham Redwood Falls

I would stay again. The staff was very friendly, my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very reasonable rates and conscientious for the trip I was in town for. I will definitely stay again. There are 2 other hotels in town this one is the best deal in my opinion.

We got what we paid for. We did question our safety with the door mechanism being disasembled and the batteries being visable to us. The parking was inadequate and not set up for a hotel. Entrances only on the very front and very rear of the building. If you had a room in the center of the building you were going to do a lot of walking. No elevator.

Really needs new linens that aren't stained/burned, new paint, some kind of maintenance staff, hot water, and more thorough cleaning. I wouldn't recommended it unless nothing else is available. The person at the front desk was nice, though.

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Not only was I charged twice for the same room (455). Worse part is that the room I stayed in 109 and 203. Both had bed bugs. I reported it to the owner and his words was we did not charge you twice even after showing proof with bank account, but that he would not refund me my money because of the bed bugs. So stay if you wanna itch.

I booked the same day so i didn't have the option to go elsewhere. This one is far below the standards I've come to expect from Travelodge. The back door to the facility was busted so there was no security unless the 2 gentlemen restring on the picnic table were but i Don't think the evening shift came as there wasn't anyone watching the door when I returned. Overall, the room was clean, the couch was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke in a nonsmoking room. None the less i guess it was tolerable as i was tired and did sleep well enough. There was 3 of us in 3 separate rooms, the women didn't feel safe without security and left in the night. The friends we were visiting's mouths dropped when we told them where we had stayed. I guess we were lucky.

This is the most run down hotel I've ever been to. Exposed electrical wires, back door don't lock. Back of property looks like a trash dump. Had an employee enter room without knocking. Just used a key.

Rooms were clean and adequate for price range. Internet okay. Front desk largely absent. Needed to follow up on getting my hotel receipt/folio as internet was down at checkout and front desk would not answer phone. Rooms had parental codes on tv for anything above TV14 that front desk couldn’t disable. Overall, stay was below expectations but not horrible.

No shuttle to anything. Website said there was. No breakfast coffee only. Looked like they had some yogurt behind the desk. Nothing out for customers. There was a reason the hotel was almost empty. Will not go back.

Our room was dirty the bathroom had hair all over in it and was poorly cleaned. The only nice part was the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I never leave bad reviews like this but it was just flat out nasty!
