O hotel está localizado numa zona muito tranquila e com imenso estacionamento. Tivemos um problema com a casa de banho, mas foi logo resolvido. A destacar a amabilidade e disponibilidade a dar informações da parte das funcionárias. Pequeno almoço variado e de qualidade. Trouxemos comer para o hotel e as funcionárias disponibilizaram se a aquecer o mesmo no microondas , no qual ainda nos forneceram pratos para a refeição. Pontos negativos a destacar - a água da piscina poderia estar mais quente ( vai dormir gosto de cada um) e os quartos mereciam uma remodelação principalmente a armação da cama.

Hotel well located, a step from the center and next to the river walk. Beautiful pool, with towels and coffee shop service. Although the water was a little cold and the children swallow too much whirling without stop. Most complete and varied breakfast. Recommended.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.
