Hyatt House Redmond

It’s location is nice and convenient. And the surrounding with trees, river, and trails makes it a better choice than Hilton Garden!

Booked here recently on a business trip for five nights. Parking is free but located across the street and shared with other businesses. I had a bit of a challenge finding a spot easily and parking a large vehicle (Chevy Tahoe). The room was a Master studio I believe and everything was clean and in working order. I stayed on room #235 which was a good walk from the elevator. There was some easily heard noise in the hallway daily and the air conditioner was particularly loud. There was also a loud grinding noise each night after 11pm. The view from this room is terrible so they've frosted the Windows. The bed was very soft and super comfortable for me. There was a mix of firm and soft pillows. The shower is one of the strangest I've ever seen. No door in place and the opening is directly across from the toilet. Very awkward especially if you try to use the handheld shower wand. Be prepared for a flood! Guest laundry facilities are available for $1.50 wash or dry and worked well. The bartender at the hotel was great and very friendly. I had a good steak here for $22. Overall, it was a very functional hotel for my business trip but I would book something a little more glamorous if it was a couples trip.

Wonderful stay in the Redmond area--modern, clean, rooms and building. The breakfast was nicely stocked and had reasonable variety from day to day. We really enjoyed nearby access to the Sammamish River trail, which provided safe walking access to Redmond, other sights, and public transit stops (and could have even further reach with a bike). Staff were helpful and everything worked well. Great stay for a good value.
