There are 16 steps uo to the home, stairs may be unsafe for children as there is not a door to close from access into main entrance. That is why children under 4 are not allowed. Darling upstairs unit
Karen was exceptional in more ways than one. The Bird’s Nest unit is beautiful, clean. And everything is either within walking distance or just a short drive away.

Great location and comfortable stay

Beautiful!
Karen Ann is a wonderful host and her "compound" is to die for! She has created a beautiful multi-rental compound with beautiful garden space open to all guests...just blocks from everything in downtown Redmond. Want to go to a concert at General Duffy's? Walk there and back.
The photos posted under-deliver! The "Nest" is over 900sq ft of brand new construction, two bedroom, one bath apartment fully equipped to live there...which we could have! She has also tastefully decorated it with original bird (therefore, the "Nest") art and even a real birds nest.
We were there for the Sisters Rodeo and couldn't find a two bedroom, only one bedrooms with a fold out sofa. So this was a great find.
