The room stinked of cigarette smoke, plus the thin cheap ass mattress prevented us from having a good night sleep. Peeps spend the extra $40.00 for a better hotel, it would be definitely worth it!!!!

Bad customer service.
I got informed that if i swap rooms i would be charged even though their where so many issues in the room.
The preasure was terrible in the shower with the knob being temerpental. The floors looked dirty.
The beds had indents of over use.
The fan smelled liked mold. The curtain was also broken. When i went to ask for a discount they told me i never mentioned any of the items and that i was inly able to get a 5% discount for 1 day vs the 4 days i acually stayed.
