The TV in the room has a mind of its own and came on at midnight all by itself. My room lit up like the Blackpool illuminations before a voice said "Welcome to the Premier Inn....". I hadn't used the TV at all and the remote was on the dressing table, nowhere near the bed, so I hadn't rolled over onto the remote and turned the telly on by mistake, so why did it do this? More to the point - how do I ensure it doesn't do it again next time I stay there? It woke me up, and I had to mess about trying to turn the thing off, so I didn't get a brilliant night's sleep at all.

This was a lovely bonus. Air conditioning on two of the hottest days of the year. I did feel sorry for the reception team as they had none.

Just come back from a lovely weekend away. Room was clean and tidy. Check-in was quick and easy. A lovely note and snacks were left on the room for us so that was a pleasant surprise. Having the AC was a welcome relief this weekend as it was so hot. We slept very well and woke up refreshed ready for the day. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for Midlands Air Show and trip To Cadbury World. Great for families. Staff left the kids some really sweet gifts with paper planes as we were all visiting for the air show. Easy parking and access. Would return if doing something local.

What a lovely clean and spacious room, the staff were really pleasant and the manager was really helpful when I asked for an extra towel I would recommend staying here and would definitely book again when back in the area

Lovely touch in the room for our little boy and also amazing aircon ! Room was spotless. Really nice to have a selection of books in reception for kids just for a donation to charity ! Breakfast wasn’t very warm on the hotplate at all but good selection

Room was clean and comfortable, let down by stained carpets, chipped walls and holey towels. Carpark was full with no EV charging which was ok as we had brought a different car at the last minute. It is a nice hotel, just needs some attention to detail.
