No hot water. Coffee machine going out. Has hard time connecting to desk to report problems. Not impressed. Bed is comfortable. Room very clean.

Unhygienic Conditions and Health Concerns I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, I was met with dirty, stained carpets throughout the hallways and room. The linens on the bed were soiled and clearly had not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival, which was both unsanitary and distressing. To make matters worse, there was a persistent smell of smoke lingering in the room, despite the hotel’s claims of being smoke-free. This unpleasant odor made it difficult to relax or even breathe comfortably. Most alarmingly, after one night’s stay, I developed skin allergies, likely due to the overall lack of cleanliness and hygiene. This was not only uncomfortable but raised serious concerns about the maintenance standards at this establishment. Given these issues—dirty carpets, soiled linen, pervasive smoke smell, and health risks—I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel at all costs. Your comfort, health, and peace of mind deserve much better.

Always enjoy staying here!! Rooms are comfy and clean. I managed to double my money at the slots this trip and had two lovely meals at the cafe. I have stayed here many times in the last year and can almost consider it a second home!

Property is small but packs a punch. They have a small pool w/ hot tub and they both work just fine. Customer service is top notch, Faith-Hope was absolutely amazing and they couldn’t have done better, she runs the front and is great.

The staff was great. The room seemed very clean except for some stains on the walls and ceiling, and we found a few cigarette butts when we pulled a chair out from the wall.
The worst thing for me was the smell of smoke coming from the ******. I knew to expect some smoke (given it is a ******), but the hotel area is supposedly non-smoking. Our room was one that was the farthest from the ******, but it still smelled like smoke.
Walking through the ****** to get to the restaurant was actually nauseating to me. I’m a former smoker, and can usually handle a bit of ambient smoke, but this was over the top. Maybe they need to invest in better ventilation system?
If you can handle the smoke, it was a great value. All of the staff were sweet and helpful.

Not the best stay as before but it was ok. Loud music played all night on Friday so did t get much sleep and the pillows were very full and hard. Bring your own pillows if you stay here.
Room was great and staff were super friendly! Love their add on experiences you can make your staff funnier
