Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch

Fortunately, our daughter and her now husband found their 2 night dream wedding venue at the Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch. Tucked away in a secluded area, the guests and their children felt the freedom and beauty that nature and the mountains can provide. The great accommodations covered everyone's needs. We enjoyed a large home for our family of 10. Others chose camping, glamping, condos, hotel rooms, cabins or homes. The lawn games, fishing, horseback riding, music and hiking enhanced everyone’s stay. There were many moving parts to our event. With everything that could have gone wrong, it is remarkable that the event was seamless and without any problems. Susi, the coordinator / owner, listened and paid attention to every request and detail. A casual Friday night Welcome BBQ. The wedding, cocktails, a tented reception dinner, an adjournment to a large dance pavilion and much more. Sunday offered a convenient breakfast and goodbyes. With all these events, Susi and her staff made it happen flawlessly. Each staff member kindly went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Beautiful big sites with a lot of privacy! We like camping next to the river. Lots of hiking trails to enjoy. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Still in awe of how amazing this place is. We have been regularly visiting and have attended two weddings at Beaver Meadows. Each one was unique and the food, atmosphere and staff were wonderful. Highly recommended. I love this place.

The accommodations vary, but all that I saw were newly decorated and very comfy and welcoming. The setting and the facilities were breathtaking. All the staff I interacted with were lovely and helpful. What a gem!

I paid a $1,400 deposit directly to Susi Keating owner of Beaver Meadows Resort and Ranch on June 5, 2024, for a group trip scheduled for September 2025. After canceling the trip on April 25, 2025 — five months in advance — I contacted Susi Keating, who acknowledged receipt of my deposit and confirmed in writing (including emails and Facebook messages) that a refund would be issued by the end of May. As of mid-June, I’ve received no refund, and she has stopped responding to any communication. I have documented proof of the deposit and all correspondence. I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled and urge others to be cautious when placing deposits here.
