Room was dirty , old milk in the fridge , long black hair over the bed , went to Showered etc water was leaking all the floor , toilet did not flush, and the was a long ball of black hair over the taps in the tub, smells like an ashtray which is funny because it's a non smoking hotel . I damn near puked at the states of this room . This hotel used to be a nice property , but not any more .

Super outdated, I was put in Room 115 and the bed wasn’t even and the bathroom fan was making lots of noise, AC and heat didn’t work for two days and for the breakfast they ask your room number for each item that you ask for. The only positive thing, is the fresh eggs, 24/hr pool and hottub.

I gave my stay a mid range review. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The breakfast crew were awesome. The birthday sign, bottle of booze and early check in were above board. The only things that really brought our stay down were the people in the room beside us kept banging on the wall a lot and the children who kept running up and down the halls. We understand kids get excited from being in a hotel but it was annoying at 8 am in the morning on consecutive days. We will definitely be back again but with hopes parents teach their children more respect next time.

The pool was great with the water slide. Nice quiet and peaceful hotel. Was clean and met all our expectations.

The staff was very uninviting, first off the alarm clock in the next room went off for 3 hours. When I said something they didn’t even check what the noise was. The pool was labeled 4 feet deep but it wasn’t, my kids kept tripping on a damaged step. Midnight the front staff called us twice because the people before us forgot a fire stick remote in the room. Made us feel the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and woke our kids up. The record everything you have for breakfast which was odd but whatever. Then checkout came, they didn’t do it I didn’t get the email receipt I had to call. The deposit wasn’t reissued untill I called. I asked for a discount because of the midnight wake up and he didn’t even let me talk just talked over me just I gave up on that. If you are looking for a relaxing time this is not it! Only positive I’ll give it is that there was restaurants near by that’s it. Will never be back
