Der Check-in war zügig und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl.

Das schönste Hotel in der Umgebung. Für ein Seminar war ich im Parkhotel Engelsburg in Recklinghausen und war über die Maßen überrascht über ein so schönes Haus im Ruhrgebiet! Die geschmackvollen Zimmer, die wunderschönen Badezimmer, die Tagungsräume, aber auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wie die Lobby, der Garten, die Terrasse und nicht zuletzt das Restaurant“ Engels in der Burg“ findet man vielleicht sonst noch in Düsseldorf aber im Ruhrgebiet habe ich nicht damit gerechnet. Das Personal so freundlich. Ich habe mich wie in meinem zweiten Zuhause gefühlt.

Bemerkenswert vorbildliche, ruhiges, gepflegtes Hotel, unaufdringlich nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber und niveauvolle. Aber das Beste ist das Frühstück in toller Atmosphäre, alles besser als in manchen 5-Sterne-Hotels. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in Recklinghausen, Ich war hier geschäftlich für eine Nacht und war sehr zufrieden. Der Service beim Check in und beim Check out war überragend gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ebenfalls gut und man fand alles, was man sich vorstellen konnte.

Wie immer haben wir hier gut genächtigt, im sehr guten Restaurant diniert und anschließend vor dem Kamin unsere Cocktails genossen. Zimmerwünsche werden gern erfüllt und auch sonst wird immer versucht, Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir kommen immer wieder gern zurück. Roland & Ines

Einziger Wermutstropfen : das in der Buchungsbestätigte Queensizebett im EZ ist ein Einzelbett
