It's not only bad, it's depressing, bad, broken bed, window falling, TV cable crossing the floor of the room, electric shower, only one shot worked in the room .... and much more. Breakfast very bad, not closed door, horrible quality synthetic fabric bed, tergal type, unreal room floor .Finally ... There is absolutely no positive point.
The hotel is clean and organized, the breakfast is simple but well prepared, with enough options. The location is perfect and you can go to a variety of good bars and restaurants nearby. In particular, the experience was very good because the receptionist Michelle was extremely careful, performing, kind and gave us various options for local tours. The hotel team is excellent and certainly suggestive to other people and I don't want to stay elsewhere when I go back to the Recife.
I arrived late at the hotel for check in, I made the procedure and I went up completely exhausted of the trip, I went to bath and had no towels available in the room, I called at the reception and told me I had to go withdraw (??) OK. I went down, picked up the towels I asked a coat gave me a bed copper that wasn't heating anything and had no other kind of cover. The room is large but with a screaming smell and no view to any place, since my window was in front of a residential, the bathroom was vacuum water from the box and the discharge was not working, when cleaning the room sometimes did not repair the room Face or floor towel, pq NOT HAVE been available, next to the hotel has a hamburger that leaves the place impregnated with fat smell all the time, coffee is well basic and repeated and to close with gold key missed energy for two days at the hotel with no return forecast, I was in the city at work I had to move to my base in the middle of the pq rain I could not advance my things from the hotel, I informed that I needed support because of the work to deliver and simply not to They exchanged me from hotel, arguing that they had no vacancies, the pool was in maintenance throughout the period I was there and there was only one lift working that at the coffee time I often went down from PQ stairs beyond the delay, was getting stuck. The chaos people dropped down with huge bags on the emergency staircase to get out of that place.As my own was already paid by the company, I had no choice and I had to stay 14 days in that mouse they call the hotel. My stay extended for 44 days but I went to another hotel that gave me the minimum comfort. The only thing that ”saves” is the service of the staff, all have always been very educated, at the reception, at the coffee and during cleaning, but it's all sad.

Not only is the location convenient, but the environment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for me to work and rest. The room facilities are modern and well maintained, and the staff are always friendly and professional, offering timely assistance at all times. Although the dining options are limited, the quality is good and the daily breakfast is good
Look, I struggle giving this hotel a ”just OK” review, because their breakfasts were very good, their pool area was nice, their location is convenient and their rooms were nice enough, but there was a sharp contrast in other areas of the hospitality service that made my experience of a lesser value and appreciation. To begin with, the front desk staff takes too much time to check you in and out. I arrived early in the morning after a 25 hr overseas trip, there was no other guest in line at the front desk, we had already paid for our reservation. In my mind, as a seasoned traveler, I would have expected an ID check and a ”here is your key to the room” in 2-3 minutes. I repeat: there was no other guest at the front desk area. Instead, I spent 10 minutes answering dumb questions and repeating information such as my email address, my phone number etc that we had already provided at the time of making and paying for our online reservation. The initial response of the young man who helped me, when I told him I had a reservation and later offered my full name, was that he could not find the reservation in his system - so I had to pull out a paper copy of my reservation for him to find it in his system - if you can believe that. I spoke to this guy in Portuguese, in English, in Spanish and it was no use - the guy acted like he just didn't know how to do his job. I should also mention that when I arrived to the hotel, the front desk AC units located above the front desk were leaking water everywhere in the front desk area and no one seemed to be servicing them right away - in fact, the front desk agent had to move to another nearby computer terminal to check me in. It was a lame check in experience and an equally lame check out experience. Not to mention, we paid for a ”casal' or doubles reservation and the room only had one set of soap/shampoo toiletries, so, I had to go fetch the maid to get the necessary items that should had been in the room without me having to ask. For such reasons, I would say that I would only use this hotel if I had to in the future, but preferably, I would stay elsewhere, because the value I got during my stay was pretty basic and nothing special according to international standards of travel and hospitality.
modern high rise hotel right by the beach with plenty of opportunity to eat and and enjoy yourself in the surrounding neighborhood, relatively close to the airport and with busstops connecting the area to downtown and olinda. room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and seaside boulevard.
The hotel on the whole is ok, I had no major problem. The room is of decent size, adequately furnished; the bathroom perhaps a little small. The day-to-day cleaning is ok (the cleaning ladies are very nice), however my room was in need of a special cleaning, as there were corners and things with encrusted dirt (the window, the hairdrier plug, ...). I had no problem with the internet connection. Breakfast is standard for a Brazilian hotel, no issue about that. The restaurant serves a buffet dinner of rather ordinary quality, but it is cheap. Of course the location is great, in front of the Boa Viagem beach, especially if you have a seaview, which I did not have. A few good restaurants at a walking distance. Spent 285 reais per night, not on the cheap side for an altogether average experience.
The receptionist was very nice, as soon as I arrived he met with agility and gave me several tips for lunch. In the case of intalations, the hotel does not have lifts, only stairs, and my room was in the second floor. As I was pregnant for 7 months, I asked if I had no room in the first floor, but unfortunately I had no room, for those who are in the same situation is a little tired, even more because the stairs are ingrate.
The room is regular size, but the air conditioning was not frozen so much and the towels and floor panels were dirty.
Wi-Fi sometimes fluctuated.
The breakfast is simple, some fruit and bread, only the egg is made at the time.
This facility formerly belonged to the Best Western Hotel chain, and they still adhere to Best Western standards. Very professional staff with a pleasant, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, caring and always with a smile. On arrival I was immediately offered a glass of water. All my requests were carried out instantly within minutes. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices for Brazilian standards, even if the cooked components were pretty much the same every day. Very attentive, skilled and respectful restaurant staff. Cleanliness was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping.
Spent 6 wonderful nights at this establishment. Firstly, the front office staff was amazing at reception and many thanks for going out of your way to accommodate an English speaker. The gym and swimming pool were also adequate and the location of the hotel is great due to its proximity to the mall, beach and restaurants. The only downfall is the quality of the breakfast which does have room for improvement. Overall, a great option for Recife and would definitely return.

RroneyrodLet's start with parking. They advertise ”free parking” but all they have is a handful parking spaces that don't get even near the needs of a hotel. So you come and they tell you ”sorry, the parking is full” and you have to park on street. Then ”free breakfast”. They don't offer the standard buffet breakfast. They rather prepare something and take it to your room. Reason is they don't have the physical space. Oh, there is no restaurant either. Room was very small, we could hear every breath from other rooms, making it impossible to have a decent night of sleep. Oh, did I mention the reception calling our room at 03:00 am... by mistake? It's a very low profile building on a residential street with just a tiny sign placed on the street to mark their ”garage”. So if you happen not to have a GPS pay extra attention as it is easy to miss it, and not a single person knew where it was when we stopped at gas stations to ask (flat battery on phone). Beds are new, good quality, flat screen tv, good shower... but definitely not worth the rate. There are much better options in the area for the price.
All perfect, from the reception to the morning coffee. here is the family of the hotel serveing your. comfortable beds, noiseless room, wonderful bathroom, is your house outside, when you come to Recife that is where you can if you host without fear, because vc will be treated with all respect and comfort that you deserve
Conveniently located right across the airport, this hotel is most convenient not only for passengers. For those with business arrangements in Greater Recife, the hotel is right on the highway crossing the state North to South! Also, for tourists visiting Recife itself and aware of how to move around in the city, the bus station Aeroporto is one block away! The hotel has an agreement with the blue taxis to take passengers from the airport at free of charge; the return costs now R$ 12, though one can easily walk there. Ibis standards are known and reliable all over the world and this predictability is always in favour of the Ibis chain. Staff is helpful and kind, kudos to Geovana and Valeria. Breakfast is better than in many other hotels in the city, even better than at Mercure Navegantes, an awful hotel in many regards anyway. Some rooms have been remodelled, make sure to ask for one of them at check-in. Isolation is perfect, one hear nothing from the planes or traffic. I'd suggest better recognition of Platinum members, a more complete TV channels' package, a venue for business meetings and better maintenance in some rooms. Usually airport hotels serve only one purpose; this one, due to its strategic location, can welcome guests with multiple purposes.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel, beach view, excellent service, excellent service, great location, close to Recife shopping center, supermarkets, bars and restaurants!
SSantosEdmilsonThe hotel is in a good location, on the seafront, but the service at the reception left something to be desired, there were several problems with my room and no one could resolve them and they even said if I wanted I could cancel, which doesn't matter to him. But since I bought it with Trips, they didn't solve anything and even said if I had bought it with them it would be easier.
GGuest UserParty and service of third parties, very poorly served, where it was necessary to present a very different charge of charge from the announced, between hotels with third parties;
The third provides a bad service “cycling”
as suggested to seek other partners;
Where we had to set the bikes in the middle of the walk;
GGuest UserI really liked the hotel it was beyond expectations the hotel is very well located and the operation is excellent!
hearty breakfast; if you need to have lunch and dinner, there is this service in addition to the pizza rodizio;
very good.
although the garage is small the valets assist very well in your arrival and departure from the hotel.
I recommend !!!
