We really enjoyed our stay, everything working without any problems, very clean and smelling clothes, the reception staff also did not leave anything to be desired and the girls at breakfast were very attentive, especially those who made the tapioca...if any another opportunity, I will return to the same place...obs. I found the room super quiet.

I really liked the hotel it was beyond expectations the hotel is very well located and the operation is excellent! hearty breakfast; if you need to have lunch and dinner, there is this service in addition to the pizza rodizio; very good. although the garage is small the valets assist very well in your arrival and departure from the hotel. I recommend !!!

The maids are extremely noisy. They stay up until 8 in the morning talking to each other from different rooms, shouting and on their cell phones. This is not the first time I have stayed there and I think the management lacks training and common sense. I had to leave the room twice to ask them to stop shouting. Furthermore, they only do basic cleaning. I don't think they have ever poured bleach into the toilet or into the bathroom area, which was full of mud and filth.

The information that parking is available is right at the beginning, but that parking has an additional cost is far below in the fine print. Also, the parking is horrible and they have valet space nearby. The worst thing is that, in the morning, when leaving the hotel, I had the impression that the mileage was 6.5 km higher than when the car was delivered in the evening, I didn't complain about not having taken photos the night before. Another negative point is the maintenance of the facilities, which are very old, which already leaves something to be desired and interferes with comfort. Visibly, employees go out of their way to maintain living conditions and respond to guests' constant complaints. The hotel stands out for its location, has good coffee, dedicated staff and a reasonable service structure for the price charged.

This hotel is infront of the recife Airport, but you need to cross the airport parking area and cross 2 road , this 2 road have lot of traffic, I ask the front desk they are saying is better to take the taxi to the hotel, otherwise the room is clean and comfortable, if you are arrived recife very late and this is the good choose for your night
