The hotel is well located, it's a shame I went during the rainy season, the Boa Viagem waterfront near the hotel doesn't have many options for tourists. The breakfast is simple and ok. The swimming pool was not able to be used due to the rainy weather on a huge day and was undergoing maintenance. The gym was closed. The plaster in the Mesanino area was crumbling.

The hotel is very pretty. The rooms are super comfortable. I just thought the breakfast didn't have much variety, but what they had was delicious. There was a power outage during my stay, lasting several hours. The receptionist, Gabriel, carried my son's stroller up the stairs 7 floors. I would like to thank him for his patience from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. The staff is to be congratulated.
