The information that parking is available is right at the beginning, but that parking has an additional cost is far below in the fine print. Also, the parking is horrible and they have valet space nearby. The worst thing is that, in the morning, when leaving the hotel, I had the impression that the mileage was 6.5 km higher than when the car was delivered in the evening, I didn't complain about not having taken photos the night before.
Another negative point is the maintenance of the facilities, which are very old, which already leaves something to be desired and interferes with comfort. Visibly, employees go out of their way to maintain living conditions and respond to guests' constant complaints.
The hotel stands out for its location, has good coffee, dedicated staff and a reasonable service structure for the price charged.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, it's a shame that the fruit juices are artificial with so much natural fruit in the state.

The hotel structure is very precarious, the air conditioning doesn't work, the room smells of old things, there were no floor cloths, they did a cleaning during our stay that didn't even seem like cleaning, they left the floor wet, the toilet unwashed. I thought it was very weak for being a large hotel chain.
