Very old hotel. Few rooms are good.
I stayed in a room that smelled terrible and musty. I asked them to change it and they did. Then I stayed in a better room.

Well, this isn't my first stay at the hotel. Since my first time at this particular one, something has gone wrong, such as the air conditioning that doesn't cool, the TV older than Alceu Valença, and the hygiene of the rooms that seems to get worse with each new stay. Well, during this last stay, my mother and I suffered with the lack of hygiene in the bathrooms, which had a strong smell of urine and, believe it or not, even hair, which must have been from the intimate area of a previous guest. My question is: Did the management not see it? Did the cleaning staff see it and did nothing? Did the cleaning staff not clean it? There are many questions. In the end, I will not return to the hotel. A family on vacation cannot have comfort in something that should be there, after all, that's what a hotel is most used for. And finally, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the Andrade Network, where the daily rate is high, it's full on holidays, and the hotel hasn't had a decent renovation? Shame on you.

We really liked the accommodation, I just thought that the voltage should be indicated on the room switches because only one room said it was 220 volts, otherwise everything was great.
