It's an excellent choice if you are looking for a place to stay at Katra. The service and food are impeccable. The location might seem far from Katra, Right from the front staff to (mynt )Ms, poonam thanku so much for feel special. Work is the grand cure for all the maladies and miseries that ever beset mankind – honest work. Good service poonam, everyone is very cordial and prompt.

The service was incredible especially Vijay Shankar ji he was so kind and hospitable. Thanks to the rest of the team too. We would come back any day. The hotel was clean, amenities were also fabulous. Shuttle to Katra and back was also very helpful.

Good location in Katra. Very friendly staff and helpful. Need to uplift breakfast menu not to the standard as experienced in other TAJ hotels. Rooms were clean and service was good. Will recommend staying while visiting Maa Vaishno Devi Darbar.

The over all stay at this property was very satisfying and it all started right from the check in process which was very Smooth and well managed by Sujatha and Bhanu. The food at the restaurant was good while we had limited options in the buffet, since we wanted it without Onion and Garlic. The services levels both in case of IN ROOM DINING and the Restaurant was quite good with staffs like Shivani, Karishma & Gulshan doing a very good job in taking care of the requirements.The room upkeep was very good and as per expectation. The over all ambiance of the property is very nice, peaceful with a view of the shrine.

Taj Vivaanta in Katra offers serenity for pilgrims and families. With warm hospitality, the staff ensures a comfortable stay. Poonam was excellent at the front desk. She was most welcoming and provided special services thanks 🙏 The play area delights children while the expansive lawn provides space for relaxation. The breakfast spread is delightful, blending traditional and international flavors. Despite its distance from Katra's center, the secluded location offers peace and tranquility, perfect for spiritual reflection and family bonding. had an amazing 2 days stay in the hotel with my family in the lush green hills of Trikuta mountains. The staff is very warm and genuine. Mr Ashok Kumar & Ms, poonam executive was very helpful, polite and looked after us for the choices we wanted. The staff was very polite and approachable Ms, Poonam to name a few also took care of our needs. It was overall a very good experience. Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel again. Thank you everyone for making the stay so comfortable and homely

The property has been my favorite far a long time. The hospitality was fabulous and awesome and the food was nice. Specially the staff that has always been my favorite aspect of the property.
