My family and I had a terrible experience, particularly due to a manager named Gil Hernandez who treated my sister with utter disrespect. While I was paying for the reservation, he refused to give her and my mother service at the restaurant and refused to allow my sister to use the restroom, even after he was told she was a guest. I will note that my mother and sister a bit more brown than I am and my sister has 4 children. This man showed he is both classist and ****** and he refused to apologize when he confirmed they would both be guests at the hotel. I recommend visiting the town but DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Super buena ubicación. Ofrecen diferentes y variadas actividades muy entretenidas e interesantes para el viajero. Hospedaje, trato y alimentos dignos de una experiencia memorable. Lo recomiendo mucho! El guía de la willys, Carlos, muy agradable y conocedor.

Visitamos El Meson de la Abundancia, el 14 Marzo 2022, porque contratamos un Servicio Privado de Paseo en Willy, desde nuestro 1er contacto, para solicitar información de su Hotel y Servicios, fueron muy amables via whatsapp, me enviaron toda la información necesaria para contratar el servicio con el Guia Carlos y también con el Caballerango Don Cuco para Tour a Caballo, excelente recomendación para disfrutar nuestras vacaciones por Real de 14, tuvimos el gusto de conocer al Sr Fidel Castro muchas gracias por sus atenciones, a cada uno de sus Colaboradores del Mesón de la Abundancia, por su calidez y servicio, a Joshua en recepcion gracias, también Disfrutamos de sus Alimentos en ambos Restaurantes, Desayunos en El Meson de la Abundacia y cena en La Porfiriana, la comida y servicio fue excelente

We left more than deserved tip despite the fact that one of our nine orders was not made, and when we requested a change for a different item, it included meat, the server never asked for the cook grade of it and brought it almost raw, had to re-cook it and we had to wait all this time. We also asked for two of our drinks to be without ice and she ignored this request and served one of them with ice, and when asked to replace it, she only removed the ice, the drink was still too cold. Please train your service personnel to ask about cook grade of meats and take better notes when takin orders.

Un lugar excepcional para comer. Visitamos real de catorce con mi familia y después de hacer unos tours elegimos el meson de la abundancia para comer y vaya sorpresa. La verdad no espera mucho de la comida y para mi sorpresa fue excelente, sabor, porciones,temperatura y calidad. Se los recomiendo la chef Rosario la verdad que hace maravillas gastronómicas. Esperamos volver pronto.
