Excelente ubicación, trato, habitaciones hermosas, cuenta con una terraza muy amena, esta acondicionado conforme al lugar, me encantó, están los restaurantes cerca y en la esquina están los jeep que te llevan hacer los tours, muy seguro

El hotel lindisimo, su decoración lo hace ver moderno, la atención del staff muy buena, el desayuno delicioso y bien servido y muy cerca de la calle principal. Éramos un grupo de 16 y casi lo llenamos, asi que era como si estuviéramos en casa! Sin duda regresamos!!!

Nos Hospedamos por 2 noches 14 y 15 Marzo 2022, desde mi reservación atendida vía whatsapp y después telefónica recibí amabilidad y buena atención, ofrece tarifas especiales si te hospedas entre semana, estuvimos la 1er noche en las Hab " San Agustin" cama king y balcón, y el " Refugio" cama matrimonial, la 2da noche en Hab "El Socavon de Purisima" con 2 camas matrimoniales, las 3 Hab nos encantaron, estaban limpias, cómodas, blancos de sabanas, almohadas y toallas perfectos, sanitario y regadera con amenidades básicas, temperatura del agua excelente, me hubiera encantado que el Servicio de Restaurante ofrecería servicio 24 hrs, porque solo abre para desayuno, horario de comida y cena permanece cerrado, la Terraza del roof esta linda y con agradables vistas, en general es un hotel moderno, con solo 11 habitaciones, piso de duela, muros de piedra, es cálido, es una excelente opción para hospedarte esta muy cercas de todo, de los hoteles más bonitos de real, ofrecen llevar sin costo tu vehiculo a un estacionamiento que ellos tienen, en caso de necesitarlo ellos nuevamente va por el, el servicio de recepción el personal es amable, Real de Minas mil gracias, pasamos 2 noches estupendas

Una magnifica ubicación, las instalaciones excelentes, muy limpio, el personal de recepción muy atentos. Una terraza con una excelente vista.. De los alimentos no puedo opinar ya que no consumí nada en el hotel...
