A cosy hotel right in the central axis of modern Astana. I loved the spacious room - was great to spend some time working on the convenient desk. Internet was fine as well. 
… and even during the nights below -33° like now the room was warm and cosy!

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get around. You can walk or take the bus. I read the reviews and knew the front desk was on the 17th floor, which was easy to find.
Breakfast was on the 18th floor, offering a panoramic view of Almaty, which doesn't have many tall buildings.
The hotel service was average. I don't know why, even though it was a double room, the room only had single-sized items. I even asked for extra slippers, but they weren't delivered until I checked out. It was truly frustrating.
By the way, the tea bags on the table are their local specialty, perfect for dipping with fruit (which is included with breakfast).

The hotel has been in the hotel for one week , all staff are cheerful and benign .
