Gram Bangla Retreat

I went here with my family, booked a room for 5, but when I arrived, I didn't feel like I was at a resort. We were given two small rooms, the rooms were absolutely awful. The wood chips under the bed made a noise when you sat on them, there were bed bugs in the bed, there were no facilities in the bathroom, however, I added an extra bed in the booking but they gave me a small mattress, which I had to sleep on a dirty floor. There were plants, insects all around. When I called the management and said I said extra bed, not mattress, don't they understand the difference between a bed and a mattress? They provide everyone with the same bed, wow,,, 500 taka for a 3mm single mattress, I asked them to take their mattress and asked for a refund, they did not refund me for third party booking and gave me an extra same mattress. After receiving snacks in the evening, the tray was placed on the bed, so the coffee stuck under the tray got on the bed sheet, because the room is so small and there is no space, we usually put a towel on it. But the color of the mattress under the sheet got on both the sheet and the towel. And for that, a total of 1100 taka was charged. 3rd class management, no welcoming system. No manners. Overall experience is absolutely bad.

All staffs were well-behaved. They were very polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality was too good...Overall the resort was very peaceful and full of greenery....I really loved the ambience.....
