We stayed there a night with our 12-month-old baby. He got in this hand a pill from under the bed. I hope they clean them up next time. Also, the heater wasn't really working well. It was cold when we entered the room, so we adjusted the temperature. Then we were so hot! We adjusted it to cool down, but it didn't work.

I stepped in urine the moment I took my boots off and walked into my room. They gave me a refund but ******* is having trouble getting a hold of them to confirm it.

Property set back in the middle of nothing. Pictures deceiving. The whole place from parking lot to rooms was disgustingly dirty and smelled like cigarettes and urine. We were in town for a funeral and no one i. our group was willing to put our nice clothes on the bed as it was visibly dirty. Sign in the lobby advised guests they only had 30 minutes from check in time to cancel their reservation, so that must happen a lot. Because I didn’t get the insurance, ******* would not refund our money, so we lost hundreds of dollars. Everyone should beware of both this hotel and *******.

Bed was semi comfortable and squeaked everytime I moved. Tv barely worked. Lots of yelling from other rooms.

Arrived @ 9:30 pm with confirmed reservation. Rudely told by snotty clerk as I walked into lobby “No room”. I said I have a confirmed reservation. He replied “ All rooms sold, your reservation canceled. No offer to assist with another room elsewhere, no apologies, nothing. Ancient two story , exterior room doors, Bates hotel with Criminsl minds overtones! Creepy clerk, No service! Listing on ******* totally misleading!!!
