Great location and a beautiful room. Pity there was no one around after 8pm as we wanted to have a swim after a long day.

What were they thinking! Travelling down from Qld we booked an overnight stay which was 9 hours into our trip. Rang in the morning direct with the office and booked a room told them we were over 6 hours away. When we got there on dusk, given a room in the corner between road construction workers, we could not park outside our room because of all the large utes over 10 of them! Not told no allocated parking. Lucky we were able to park around the side of the motel, taking our suitcases to our room we were met with about a dozen construction males talking and swearing out the front of their rooms. The room was basic the bed springs were squeaking when you sat down, bed light did not work, bathroom so small you had to turn sideways to use toilet/shower. Carpet had stains in front of fridge area and this morning noticed a piece of toast between the bedside table and the wall. Lucky we got up early to travel home as the construction workers were up at 5am and had the diesel vehicles running until we left at 6am. I cannot believe the location of the room we were given considering on the other side around the back of the motel had quieter rooms where we had to park our car. Only good thing about this place was the restaurant food and service was great. Very disappointed.
