The one bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean and modern and offered great privacy with a relaxing covered patio area outside. The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a kettle, toaster, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups etc. Other useful items included an iron, ironing board and clothes airer and the free onsite laundry was a godsend for our 3 week stay. We used the pool but didn't have a chance to go in the games room, gym or use the tennis courts, nor did we use the communal kitchen as we had our own however all these facilities looked good and well maintained. The area is nice and quiet with the beautiful historic town of Morpeth just down the road. There is a mini convenience store, butchers, cafes, shops and a must visit is the bakery, they have amazing pies and sweet treats! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it truly felt like a home away from home.
