Avari Xpress, Islamabad

Its an old apartment complex. Most bedrooms are based on 3 bedrooms suite style. The bedroom window opens in the corridor and that itself is such a lame tactic of Avari. The location itself is quite inconvenient as you need to take a 5km u turn whenever you exit or enter the property. Overall, the hotel is disappointing and depressing. I hate to stereotype but It looks like another faizabad hotel took over by careless abbasi (s). The staff is apparently courteous but never cares to listen or understand the guests concerns. I hope that management will consider this as a constructive review and make solid improvements.

I stayed at Avari Xpress Residences from 23rd to 25th April 2025 in the Business Suite (Room 330) and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was genuine and heartfelt — something you don't come across often these days. The staff made all the difference. Breakfast was a real highlight, thanks to Sadaf, Sabir, and the fantastic kitchen team — always smiling, attentive, and making sure every guest felt looked after. At the front desk, Tayyab and Naveed were professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Danish and Imran from the porter team handled everything quickly and made my check-in and check-out so smooth. The airport transfer was reliable with clean, comfortable cars, and the booking process was fast and stress-free. Special thanks to Iftikhar Ahmad from housekeeping, who kept the room spotless and ensured water bottles, tea, and toiletries were always replenished with care. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to two very special people — Rizwan Bukhari and Aun Mashadi. I had to travel to Islamabad urgently due to my aunt’s passing, and while I was still trying to sort out flight options, Mr. Rizwan graciously took my call and managed to arrange my booking within minutes. His support during such a difficult time meant a lot. And a huge thanks to Aun Mashadi, who not only upgraded me to the Business Suite but also ensured that I was comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. Both Rizwan and Aun are absolute treasures for the Avari brand, and I sincerely wish them continued success. If I had to suggest anything, adding a swimming pool and offering a little more variety at breakfast would make the experience even better. But overall, Avari Xpress Residences truly impressed me, and I am already looking forward to staying there again.

Staff was good but counter staff was bit unprofessional.. and quite rude

Regarding property & service Ive been ex employee in avari lagore so my review is according to that I've stayed in avari xpress too property of islamabad avari xpress is okay their staff is generous and good aircondition problem minibar empty not having too much regarding beverages its price is high its more like an apartment building with a hotel touch but its good special note for sajjad khan from restaurent+room service very passionate hardworking honey dipping words manerable guy he deserves to be in five star hotel .

Wash room condition Room wash room was so dirty.there was no proper system of drainage.we called management and they send half an hour to fix the problem.rhan sweeper came and clean the floor. Again when in morning I take shower.the water pool in wash room.when I asked management they say we again send sweeper to clean.so what's the purpose to live in costly property.when we ve to worked like our homes ...
