Un très beau palais bien situé à l'extérieur de l'agitation touristique du centre de Ravello. Vue exceptionnelle sur la côte amalfitaine et les montagnes. Excellente prestation du personnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l'hôtel. Excellents déjeuners sur la terrasse avec vue panoramique. La suite Duchessa, dotée d'une belle terrasse, est spatieuse et très propre. Le garage intérieur est sécurisé et le personnel s'est occupé de conduire notre véhicule dans les petites rues du point de rencontre jusqu'au garage. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Lovely stay! Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Ravello is a beautiful spot away from the more popular, but also busier, noisier and more touristy towns in the Amalfi coast. The room was large, comfortable and clean, but decor was a bit dated. We loved our little walk out patio with a bistro table and chairs, and a view of the coast - the only thing missing was a lounge chair to relax and enjoy even more.

The building itself is beautiful and in a remarkable location. Breakfast on the veranda so amazing between the view, the service and the food that you will want to stay all day! All facets of service were first class; the luggage assistance was seamless and critical. The serenity captivates you. I will return!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Palazzo Confalone! We looked at other 5-star hotels in Ravello and chose Palazzo Confalone. From the minute I booked, the hotel Manager, Deborah, was incredibly helpful and friendly. From arranging our transportation, to booking reservations, to organizing our wine tasting, she was amazing. The palazzo is very beautiful and charming. The views are stunning. And the rooms are gorgeous and well-maintained. We started out in the La Duchessa room with a garden patio that opens up onto their large grassy terrace. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, sitting area and sunken bedroom (down a couple of stairs). It didn't have a direct view of the water, but a few steps across the grass and you could sit at tables overlooking the water. We then moved up to the Exclusive Sea View room with a very large private terrace. The room was smaller, but the private terrace was very large. It had a table and chairs and two lounge chairs overlooking the most beautiful view. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the terrace each morning. The restaurant at the palazzo is delicious. We planned to eat there once during our stay but ended up going back several times because the food was so good. The service is also impeccable. We loved that the palazzo was smaller so we would see the same staff of employees every day. It made it feel homier and more comfortable. It's hard to believe that this 5-star hotel is about half the price of the other two more well-known hotels in the area, given the rooms/beds, service, restaurant, the friendly and exceptional staff and the views are some of the best we've experienced on any trip we've taken and definitely the best we had on this trip to Italy. I would HIGHLY recommend Ravello and especially a stay at Palazzo Confalone. You will not be disappointed.

Housed in the oldest villa in the town, Villa Confalone is a wonderful little hotel (with suites located nearby) with excellent service and great food. For me, Ravello felt like the the soul of the Amalfi coast, as it doesn't attract massive crowds of sun-seeking, day trippers (it isn't on the beach). But each evening we were there, sitting in the town square, watching the couples strolling, kids kicking around soccer balls and hearing the church bells ringing, I could feel la docle vita in the air.

This hotel is amazing with amazing views but it’s the staff and five star service that really made this experience. They absolutely went above and beyond, we were blown away. We came to the area for a wedding and having visited friends in other hotels, compared to other hotels, our rooms were spacious and the fixtures more modern. Great breakfast and really high end restaurant for dinner. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back!
