The room is clean and neat. I only have a problem with one of the receptionists. I think she may goes by the name Sabrina, probably South Asian ethnic by the look. I just came from shopping and had a big shopping bag and wanted to keep at the reception desk before going to the supermarket next to the hotel so that it’d be more convenient. She coldly asked if I were the hotel guest (she literally checked me in yesterday) and told me if I were the hotel guest so I should keep my bag in my room (it was on the fourth floor of the hotel).
